The reasons I'm on here are:

1) to browse and appreciate the works of others, and
2) because I'm looking into the possibilities of licensing cover art for the upcoming CD of my band, Machina Arcana.

Other than that, I'm not really a photographer or digital artist - I don't have the talent, patience or skills to learn how to do any of that really well.

I have to say, though, that it never ceases to amaze me how many incredibly *talented* people there are right here, on dA.

Nevertheless, I do share some of my own pictures on here - but a few conceptual and/or personal images set aside, they are mostly of the (yawn-inducing) "point and shoot"-variety... nothing much, really - just thought I'd share...
